NaiLux Spalon Policies

  • Our goal will always be to provide every guest with an incredible experience when visiting our salon; however, should you find that your service did not meet your expectations, we expect you to handle communicating your issues calmly and kindly. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

  • NaiLux Spalon does not guarantee that your manicure will not chip, because we have no way of verifying how each client has used/taken care of their manicure or pedicure; however, we will gladly fix your chips within 3 days of your most recent service. Please contact our concierge to schedule your repair.

    • Full-Sets: We will repair your acrylic set if it breaks, chips, or cracks within 7 days of your most recent service

    • Fill-Ins: We will repair your fill in if it was performed at our salon within 3 days of your most recent service. However, if your initial full set service was not received at our salon and you got a foreign fill, we are not able to repair it and you will have to pay for the repair.

  • We will perform services on children who are well-behaved and can sit for the entirety of the service. Artificial enhancement services (Apres Gel-X and acrylic) will only be performed on ages 15 and older.

  • Children may be permitted if they are calm and can sit quietly without disturbing other guests. If the child is causing a scene, they/the parent may be asked to leave.

  • Cell phone use is allowed at the discretion of each artist. If cell phone use is impeding the artist’s work, the guest may be asked to put their phone away. Guests MUST use headphones during phone calls. Speakerphone use is strictly forbidden. Any guest on a speakerphone call will be politely reminded of this policy.

  • We have the right to refuse and end a service at any point.
